I concur, knowing when to circle your tank and understanding the chemistry of your tank is vitally important. I think starting out well with a good course or refresher on setting up a fish tank is spot on for any fish enthusiast.

Yes, that is a big problem... I saw so many tanks with all kinds of castle and other toys that are nothing to do with aqariums:(
